Errata ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: "Dean Ornish" not "Dean Ornstein" CHAPTER 3: p. 72 - Chickpeas, Oats, and Garlic Sauce: "2 T. corn starch" should be "3 T. flax seeds" (although I think the corn starch might work at 2 T. or a little more).
